The notification signifies that the employee had entered wrong login credentials.

In order to eliminate this, please make sure that these are fulfilled.

First step – check if the phone number is entered correctly. The number format insertion should be preceded by a “+” and country code (+7 for Kazakhstan or +62 for Indonesia).

If after the first step the problem persists and an employee still can’t get inside the app, recover password (Forget password). If through email, then a letter with the link to recover a password will be received at the employee’s personal email. If through mobile phone, an SMS will be received or a call.

Even if now the problem persists (after password recovery) and the notification “Account doesn’t exist” keeps popping up, the employee will need to roll back and “Create account” using the same credentials he/she used while registration. After successful registration completion, the employee needs to receive an invitation code shared by the admin.

Due to the latest system updates, accounts and employees had become different positions. Not all employees automatically have an account. Thus, it needs to be created.

If an employee enters the same credentials in the registration as his/her credentials in the employee profile, then “account” and “employee” will merge.

It is also worth mentioning that an account can be linked to multiple companies (with different employee profiles). In reality this means that an employee can clock in and out on multiple locations.
