The recent updates to our HRM application have brought a range of significant improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and user convenience. These changes represent a step forward in the field of human resource management, providing companies with modern tools for effectively managing their most valuable asset – their personnel.

Let’s start with the updated Task Manager:

  1. First of all, we would like to share that the Task Manager now includes a dashboard with statistics!
  2. We have added the ability to create recurring tasks with checklists.
  3. Upon task completion, a report is generated, which can be viewed and downloaded.
  4. You can attach up to 5 photos to each checklist and leave comments.
  5. We now save the coordinates of each checklist.
  6. Reports can be downloaded in PDF format.
  7. You can now add Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to each task and compare them with the actual results in the task report.
  8. Creating task templates with checklists is now also available.

Who can benefit from our Task Manager?

  1. Primarily, supervisors or administrators in the HoReCa industry who conduct regular checks on the establishments at different times.
  2. Security companies can use it to automate location patrols.
  3. It is also ideal for cleaning companies, where employees can maintain an automated checklist of their tasks for each location.

We have also added new tools for working with work schedules:

  1. Now you can customize role based schedules, such as barista, cashier, waiter, and others.
  2. Using the same principle, you can create department based schedules, for example, kitchen, dining area, administration, etc.
  3. There is also the option to work with location based schedules, such as Restaurant #1, Restaurant #2, and so on.
  4. An improved interface for creating schedules in the Schedule menu.

And, of course, we are introducing a completely new user profile design:

  1. We have restructured the information layout for easier profile management.
  2. The editing menu has been redesigned to allow faster customization of data.
  3. New fields have been added for filling in additional employee information.
